Mentoring groups, or mentoring circles as they are sometimes called, provide an efficient way for people to learn from their peers and from experts at the same time.
Why would you use group mentoring?
Many organizations launch a group mentoring program to make good use of their limited knowledge experts and/or to promote peer learning environments. You can have several mentees who learn from one mentor and each other by using mentoring groups.
